In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "sun388" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the sun388 online gaming platform, accessible at https://sun388.cam, operated by its licensed parent entity.
• "Platform" — the sun388 website, all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and any software or services offered thereon.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

To access the full range of services available on the sun388 Platform, you must create a registered Account. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your details promptly should any information change.

The following conditions apply to your Account:

• One account per person. Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts created by a single individual will result in closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide your real name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. False information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sun388 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC verification. Sun388 may request KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) documentation, selfie verification, proof of payment method ownership, or other identity documents at any stage. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or permanently closed.
• Non-transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

Sun388 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing service availability or acceptance of future wagers.

All monetary transactions on the sun388 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay

The following terms govern all financial transactions:

Sun388 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction deemed high-risk or unusual. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Sun388 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, deposit matches, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of sun388 and are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotional page.

General bonus terms include:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements (rollover) expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. Example: a Rp 100.000 bonus with 10x rollover requires Rp 1.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility.

General principles applying to all wagers:

All content on the sun388 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of sun388 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform except as incidental to normal browser caching or as expressly permitted in writing by sun388. Unauthorised use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sun388 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical malfunctions.
• Errors in odds, results, or payout calculations (subject to correction).
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure credentials.

Sun388's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Sun388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of responsible gaming policies.
• Business, regulatory, or operational reasons determined by sun388 at its sole discretion.

Upon termination, any pending wagers will be settled according to their outcome, and your remaining balance (minus any deductions for breaches or chargebacks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds and unredeemed promotional credits will be forfeited.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 72 hours. Withdrawals of remaining balances are subject to standard processing procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the applicable laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which sun388 operates.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact sun388 customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration authority. Arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against sun388. All disputes must be brought individually.

Sun388 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address and/or via prominent notice on the Platform. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
